From beginnings as a part-time sushi chef during his student days, Chef Hasegawa embarked on an extraordinary culinary journey. He trained in the intricate art of kaiseki cuisine in Japan and honed.

Returning to Japan, he worked at a historic sushi restaurant in Tokyo, creating innovative sushi and wine pairings that earned him top honors on Tabelog. Seeking new adventures, Chef Hasegawa moved to Thailand, working at renowned establishments like “Sushi Kanda” in Bangkok and “Sushi Hasegawa” in Thonglor.

Now, with a rich blend of kaiseki, Edomae sushi, Western cuisine, and wine expertise, Chef Hasegawa brings his unique style to life at #HasegawaOmakase
